Who are the programmes for?
CXOs, senior leaders, managers and high-potential teams in global companies, usually in groups of around twenty.
How long is a programme?
From a three-hour masterclass to two days. Most strategy and decision-making programmes run for one or two days, in person or virtual.
Can a programme be built around our business?
Yes. Every programme runs on a live case, and where possible the case comes from your own context, so teams practise on decisions they will actually face.
How is training different from a strategy workshop?
Training builds a skill across a team. A strategy workshop is advisory work on one live decision with your leadership team; see Consulting.
